Call for Shorts – KFF 2010

Italian Nights calls for Short Films entries to the 5th edition of KaleidoShort Films Festival. 

The final evening of our amazing event will be held in a prestigious venue in central London. 

To submit your works refer to the the information below, or the Italian Nights website. Please note that your DVD must be accompanied by the KFF entry form. 

KALEIDOSHORTS V – 2010

AWARDS: Best International Video, Best Animation Video

REQUIREMENTS 

For the fifth consecutive year, Italian Nights will bring to London a selection of outstanding International Short Films from around the globe. This summer we will be screening in a great venue a total of eight shorts with an Audience Award in each of the two categories presented.

We are looking for shorts that are either fiction films or animation (no docs or visual art) produced after January 2008. Any topic accepted, we are proud to be eclectic, and will be looking for inspiring and gripping works. Do visit our pages to learn more about the previous editions of our Films Festival.

Please send us:

- DVD Format with no auto-start feature. 

- Max duration of short, 15 min. 

- If the audio is not in English then, English subtitles are essential. 

- Fiction films or Animation (no docs or visual art). 

- Shorts Made after the 1st, of January 2008. 

- Fill and Include with your submission the KFF entry form.  

- Send your submission no later than the submission date advertised on the Italian Nights website. 

- Address: Please refer to the entry form and/or the Italian Nights website. 

- No DVD will be returned. 

- DVDs sent will be kept and made accessible on the Italian Nights’s and KaleidoShorts’s archive, marketing material and pages.

- By submitting your DVD you agree with the conditions above and those in the entry form.

IMPORTANT 

We welcome the presence of the selected filmmakers at the Award Night, but unfortunately we are not in the position of meeting travel expenses.
